1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

By disconnecting the power when it is bad, the TVGUARD safeguards against short term and long term damage to ensure higher efficiency from your appliances. 30 seconds start-up delay is built in to ensure stability of the power supply.
AVS™ function
The TVGUARD will disconnect the power to your appliance if the mains goes above a preset limit. The TVGUARD will re-connect automatically only after the supply has returned to acceptable limits after the 30 seconds wait time.
TimeSave™ function
The TimeSave™ function will ensure the TVGUARD provides maximum operation time to your appliance by having built-in intelligence to check the off time. If the unit has been off for more than 30 seconds, it will reconnect the mains within 10 seconds rather than the standard 30 seconds wait time.
iSense™ function
The iSense™ technology allows you to control how sensitive the TVGUARD is to voltage problems. Using the iSense™ dial you can set the desired level of protection.
