All orders are processed and delivered by our dedicated delivery team within 1 business day. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. -
Outside Kampala:
For orders delivered outside of Kampala, please allow an additional 1 business day for transit. We work hard to ensure timely deliveries even for locations beyond Kampala. -

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly contact you via telephone to inform you of the situation and provide further details.

- Within Kampala:
- 0kg – 8kg: USh 10,000 UGX
- 8kg – 14.99kg: USh 15,000 UGX
- 15kg – 29.99kg: USh 25,000 UGX
- 30kg – 150kg: USh 50,000 UGX
- 151kg – 500kg: USh 75,000 UGX
Delivery outside Kampala:
- For deliveries outside Kampala, shipping rates may vary depending on the location and weight of the items. Our team will provide you with the specific rates when you place your order.
