1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All you need to get started is your favorite fresh ingredient, such as eggs and cheese. If you’re not sure where to get started or want to try something different, consult the included fast and easy recipe book. Making a sandwich with this machine is very easy. All you need to do is place your desired ingredients inside, build your sandwich of choice on the cooking plate, then close the lid. Then just slide the cooking plate out and your sandwich will assemble on its own.
1. Preheat the double breakfast sandwich machine until the green preheating light is on. Lift cover, top ring and cooking plate.
2. Place half of the croissant on each bottom ring of the double-sided breakfast sandwich machine with the cut face facing up. There are cheese, apple slices and bacon on top.
3. Lower the cooking plate and top ring. Add an egg to each cooking plate. Pierce’s egg yolk with a fork or toothpick.
There is a remaining croissant on top, with the cut surface facing down.
5. Close the lid. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Rotate the cooking plate handle until it stops. Lift the lid and ring and carefully remove the sandwich.
