1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This compact 3 tier food steamer with additional rice bowl is the perfect kitchen appliance that will allow you to cook multiple foods at once, all in a super healthy and efficient way.
3 separate compartments
This electric food steamer features 3 separate compartments that can house an array of separate foods, and up to 7.2 liters in volume. Each of the compartments can be used separately, or all at once for maximum effect, and are dishwasher safe.
60 minute timer
The steamer has a built-in timer functionality which allows you to pre-set the cooking time for anywhere up to an hour, giving you peace of mind that your vegetables, meats and fresh fish will all be cooked to your liking by the time you return to the kitchen.
