1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Weighing in at a very portable 21.1kg, the EU22i certainly packs a punch in every department.
- Benefiting from revolutionary inverter technology which delivers high quality super-stable electricity essential for powering sensitive electronic devices such as laptops, TVs and mobile phones. It's powered by the ultra-reliable commercial grade Honda GXR120 4-stroke OHC petrol engine which uses a recoil starter that is light, smooth and starts easily every time. It's also one of the first generators in its class to meet the stringent Euro5 emissions rating - ensuring exhaust gases are reduced to a minimum.
- All Honda Inverter generators are fitted with the Eco-Throttle technology, which adjusts the engine speed to match the power demand. This saves you fuel, extends the engines life and gives a quieter operation. The Honda 4-stroke engine is remarkably fuel efficient and reliable, which means fewer fill-ups and reduced maintenance costs. The engine also benefits from Oil-Alert technology which automatically switches off the ignition if the oil drops below a safe level.
- A new addition to this Honda model is the "Fuel Valve Shutoff Position" this feature cuts the fuel to the engine which allows you to burn off the remaining fuel in the carburettor.
