1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- 38L CAPACITY & MAX TEMP OF 230°C - In this oven cooker, you can bake a whole chicken or other nutritious dishes. The volume of the oven also allows you to arrange at the same time both the grill and the tray, on which there will be two different dishes. Despite such a roomy volume, the size of the device is quite small and will fit into any kitchen. You can cook everything you would in a conventional oven, with the added benefit that you will save time and money on your energy bills.

You can change the temperature from 100 to 230 degrees.
