1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.
Rechargeable Battery
This lantern uses a lead-acid rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4V 3Ah. It can provide continuous bright light for up to 2 hours (24Pcs LED) and 3 hours (8Pcs LED) making it ideal for camping and outdoors.
24 pcs hi-power leds, portable handle
It is a more efficient way of providing brighter light in smaller sizes. Provided with a strong handle for easy carry. Each led is powered with 0.5w.
2 hours/3 hours strong light, 150 hours/300 hours low light
This Geepas Lantern gives continuous working for 2 hours/24Pcs LEDs, 3 hours/8Pcs LEDs, and 150 hours/24Pcs LEDs, 300 hours/8Pcs LEDs continuous workings. It takes 12-15 hours to charge fully.
Energy efficient
It is a more efficient way of providing brighter light in a smaller size with 24 pcs 0.5W LEDs. Easily light up a room without a power supply. It consumes less energy and hence it is cost-saving too.
Touch panel
This Geepas Rechargeable Lantern is easy to operate as it comes with a touch panel to select the dimmer functions. Nothing more complicated.
