We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions on concerns, or feedback using telephone and other social media options such as WhatsApp and Telegram . We will be sure to get back to you immediately. However, please note that inquiries sent on Saturday evenings will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

KWT Tech Mart doesn’t deliver items internationally.
You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Uganda.

All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
