All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we canāt offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
