1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Elemax SH7000DX - 7.2kVA Petrol Generator
•   This petrol generator, Elemax SH7000DX, has a maximum power output of 7.2 KVA. It is a self-exciting, 2-pole, field rotating type with an AVR voltage regulation system and operates on a single phase. The fuel tank has a capacity of 17 liters and it can run continuously for 6.2 hours. The engine model is HONDA GX390 and the sound level at 50Hz is 73 dB(A)/7m. Its rated horse power ranges from 8.3 to 9.0, with an ignition system of Transistor. The displacement is 389 CC and it has a 3,000rpm to 3,600rpm rated horse power. The oil alert system and starting system are both present, along with a recoil (OP;Electric) GENERATOR. The AC output is rated at 5.0 KVA for 50Hz and 7.2 KVA for maximum 60Hz
