1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Make your way to the kitchen confidently even when there’s a power cut by using this emergency light to illuminate your path. This lantern comes with 30 energy-efficient LED lights and it has two different settings (dim light and high light).
PowerThe built-in, lead-acid battery of this emergency light is rechargeable and it can discharge power more than 500 times. It has a battery capacity of 1600 mAh and it consumes 2.5 watts of power to work.
Instructions:
Connect the power supply, if charging indicator turns on, then it’s in charging status. Charging time needs about 20 hours.
Strong/weak light can be chosen by pushing the switch up/down.
If it is recharged through sun power, the output working voltage is 5-7V, output working current is 0.6A.
If it is recharged through charger, the output working voltage is 6V, output working current is 0.6A.
When the light becomes weak during using, that means the battery is in lack of power. At this moment, stop using it and recharge it in time so as to protect the battery. Recharge it before the light is completely invisible, otherwise it will case damage to the battery.
Frequent use is required, long-time nonuse is unadvisable. If you don’t use it very often, please recharge it every 3 months, or the battery’s life-span will be shortened.
Cautions:
Do not point the light to eyes directly, or it will affect eyesight. Children must be supervised by adults before using it.
Keep it away from rain and dampness.
Keep it away from the inflammables while it is charging.
