1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

- Direct Select Premium: Direct, simple selection of the desired cooking zone, power and additional functions.
- Usability on a bigger scale. Direct Select Premium offers premium usability during cooking with a full length of 30cm. For an intuitively simple selection of power levels and additional functionalities. Our user interface only shows the functions which you actually require. The user interface is not visible when turned off and makes for a clean and elegant design of the hob
- Achieve best frying results. The temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. No matter how you like to eat it - rare, medium or well-done: frying meat is made simple now. Perfect Fry sensor regulates temperatures continuously during frying and adjusts them precisely if needed.
- Boost your cooking. Sometimes you just need a little extra boost when cooking. The improved Power Boost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 liters of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs.
- Stores your control settings. If you turn off the cooktop it saves the last selected setting for a short time. If the cooktop is switched of within a short time again the former settings are still available.
- Timer with switch-off function: Turns off the assigned cooking zone after the set time.
