1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Airmec HS 6500-3E - 9.6HP Generator
- The Hailin engine of the Airmec HS 6500-3E generator set is 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled with a displacement of 418 cc.
- This engine has a power of 9.6 HP at 3600 RPM, with manual / electric start and Saccardo alternator, moreover the diesel engine tank allows a capacity of 5.5 L.
- Airmec HS 6500-3E produces a noise level of 85 dB (A) at a distance of 7 meters, also allowing a continuous service of 4 hours. The maximum power of this generator at 400V is 6 kW, while at 230V it is 3.5 kW.
