1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The OPPO A57 is a high-quality entry-level smartphone that has a remarkable 16.0-megapixel front camera integrated. The rear of the 5.2-inch smartphone has a 13.0-megapixel sensor. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon-435 processor. The Octa Core CPU is supported by 3 GB of memory. The internal memory is 32 GB and can be extended by micro SD card by up to 128 GB.
The handy smartphone is equipped with a 5.2-inch multi-touch LCD display that delivers a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Thanks to Corning Gorilla glass 4, the screen is well protected against scratches. The A57 is powered by the 64-bit octa-core processor, which means that the device is ideal to perform multiple-tasks at the same time. Adding to its superfast performance, the 3 GB RAM also makes the phone highly responsive. The 32 GB internal memory of the OPPO A57 allows you to store and save much of your important data in your phone. The front camera has an f/2.0 aperture and LED flash for clear and beautiful selfies even in low light conditions.
Also on the front is the fingerprint sensor for fast and secure unlocking the smartphone. Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n are supported as well as OTG, FM radio and GPS. The dual SIM device has a built-in 2900mAh battery on board. Thanks to sensors such as the gyroscope, the OPPO A57 is also ideally suited for use with VR glasses. The operating system is OPPO ColorOS 3.0, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
