1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.
Rechargeable battery
This lantern uses a sealed lead-acid battery with a capacity of 4000mAh. It can provide continuous bright light for up to 4 hours making it ideal for indoors & outdoors.
High & low light option
The lantern requires 6 to 8 hours to charge completely. It can continuously work up to 4 hours working time with a high beam. It’s very useful in unannounced or sudden power outages.
Multiple inputs, USB output
This lantern has various sources to get the charge done it can charge through a charger or can be charged with AC, DC, or with provided solar input. You can even charge your smartphones, tab, camera, and more by connecting a USB cable with this huge 4000mAh rechargeable battery.
