1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email atΒ sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we canβt offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

Charge: downwards the LED,directly put the whole plug into the power(AC110V/220V),
the relative indication light turns on, charging starts, It takes about 15 hours.
Middle is for 2 LED, upwards is for 4 LED, downwards is for OFF.
After charging fully, it could be used contiunuously about 20 hours with 2 LED lamps and 11 hours with
4 LED lamps.
When the led bulb is dark during usage, That means battery is at the stage of discharging.
At this moment, in order to protect the battery, please stop using, and charge it in time.
(Please charge before the led bulb is dark fully, otherwise it would damage the battery).
Flashlight should be usually used, please don't long-term shelve it. If you don't usually use
- please charge it over 8 hours every 2 month or it would effect the battery life.
