1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Operation with minimal sound
The explosion inside the cylinder is the complete burning of the injectable materials, the silencer always keeps the engine in the least possible condition because the engine exhaust is equipped with a double-walled coating system that is very effective in sound failure. The digital control panel of all electronic control boards is embedded in a panel set. All indicators show the instantaneous state of the working generator engine, such as voltage and amp consumption, etc. Also, if a problem occurs in the generator engine, it is immediately visible on the panel by indicators, such as a little warning system of engine oil before the lubricating oil reaches its lowest level, the system is alerted by the steering panel and then the engine is forced to shut down.
Installation and application of new AVR (automatic voltage adjustment)
The new AVR makes the engine function safely and uniformly and in case of overload, the engine and generator will shut down and prevent the generator from crashing. The generator winding is carried out in accordance with the latest technology conditions that prevent any distortion (harmony) during work and insulate the high class of generators from any short circuit and damage and burn the coils, and thus provide uniform and satisfactory work in induction applications (electro motors) to the consumer.
