1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Diesel Generator Kipor KDE2500X is an open frame generator suitable for network redundancy in a country house and a company as well as for the construction phase (single-phase power tools).
- Kipor generator has ease of use, with an easy electric key start that uses an electronic ignition to get it going. Kipor generator features a circuit breaker, voltage meter and fuel gauge, and a shutdown system that responds to low oil levels. While this last might still result in interrupted power delivery, it is intended to preserve the long life of the engine rather than leave it to run and damage itself while running on dangerously low oil.
