1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This is iTel A18, a super cheap entry-level Android phone for those on tight budget. Although the RAM is weak, but the built-in storage looks encouraging. The device comes in a 5-inch display with WVGA screen that has 480 x 854 resolution.
Specification wise, the iTel A18 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core UniSoC SC7731E CPU. Storage option on the phone includes 1GB of RAM, and a 32Gigs of internal storage. The phone has space for external SD-card as well, but it does not have 4G network.
As for the camera department, you are getting 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The phone is fueled by a 2400mAh battery and run on the Android 10 (Go Edition) out of the box.
You are also getting Dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, Active 3G only network on both SIM cards. There is also faceID, but physical fingerprint scanner is absent.
