1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Its spacious 12L storage cabinet, stable compressor cooling, and odor-free silicon water outlet ensure reliable performance. Made with durable new ABS plastic parts, it operates at 90W cooling and 550W heating power with a 230V-50Hz voltage. The inner tank holds 0.9L for hot and 3.3L for cold water, delivering hot water at 5L/hr (85-95°C) and cold water at 1.5L/hr (5-10°C), making it perfect for everyday hydration needs.
