1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

H.264+/H.264 encoding compression provides recording resolutions up to 1080p Lite mode and when not enabled, 720p/WD1/4CIF/VGA/CIF. Frame rate for the main stream is 25fps (P)/30fps (N) for 720p access. For 1080p Lite mode, resolutions of 1080p Lite/720p/WD1/4CIF/VGA/CIF are available with 25fps (P)/30fps (N). Sub-streams offer 2CIF@6fps; CIF/QVGA/QCIF@ 25fps (P)/30fps (N). Video bit rate ranges from 32Kbps to 4Mbps. Dual stream, video, and audio are supported, while G.711u handles audio compression with a bit rate of 64Kbps. The unit accepts 1-ch IP video input up to 960p resolution, as well as 4-ch BNC analog video
