1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

GOtv utilises the latest Digital Terrestrial Broadcast Technology, DVB-T2. The broadcast method is similar to that used by the likes of NTA and AIT, but is digital with better quality audio and video. Perhaps the closest service to Gotv is Startimes, a digital pay TV service based on DVB-T.
Gotv is a digital terrestrial TV service, not So, the service is deployed through TV masts and accessible only in locations with GOtv transmitter coverage. Currently GOtv is available in the following cities in Nigeria and in some cases their environs: Lagos, Enugu, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Benin City Owerri, Akwa Ibom, and Port Harcourt.
The major advantage of the GOtv setup is that no dish is required leading to low/zero installation cost. It is plug n play, so you can install it yourself. Any TV antenna can be used for receiving the GOtv signals
The decoder comes without an antenna, which offers better reception with better quality video and audio.
No dish, means that GOtv is not affected by weather easily as the case with pay TV services like DSTV.
