1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. The water inside the washing machine is the one used in the factory waterproofing test, which is normal.
2. Please do not put clothes and detergent on first use. Please initiate a full program to drain the test residual water into the machine.
3. Auto Shut-off: The CHiQ washing machine stops automatically after washing is complete. Memory in case of power failure: If a washing program is interrupted by a power failure, the program will continue automatically when the power is restored.
4. A specific water flow allows the door and mat to separately rinse the mat to remove foam residue from time to time, protect the mat from mold and keep the machine itself clean.
5. When the child safety feature is enabled, the other control keys are temporarily disabled to avoid any danger associated with child mishandling.
