1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It offers a roomy 42L drum, measuring 848 (H) x 598 (W) x 550 (D) mm, with a net weight of 67.079 kg. The exterior has a gleaming silver inox finish with silver inox-coloured buttons and dial. Noise level when washing is just 59 dB(A) re 1 pW. This machine requires a 10A current, 220-240V voltage, and 50 Hz frequency, and comes with South Africa plug type. The drain hose is 125 cm and the supply hose is 150 cm, both with a 49.21cm and 59.05cm length for inlet.
