All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The Canon EOS 4000D DSLR Camera and EF-S 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 III Lens – Black is equipped with a 22.3 mm x 14.9 mm image sensor with 18.0 megapixels effective pixels and 18.7 megapixels total pixels in a 3:2 aspect ratio. The sensor is fitted with a built-in, fixed low-pass filter and supports manual dust cleaning. The lens mount is EF/EF-S, equivalent to 1.6x the focal length. The lens features optical image stabiliser while focusing is achieved via a TTL secondary image-forming phase-difference detection system with 9 AF points (f/5.6 cross type at the centre) and has a working range of EV 0-18 (temperature and ISO 100). It also offers predictive AF, AF lock and customisation thanks to the AE Lock button. Exposure control is handled via evaluative metering via 63 zone
