1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

- AUTOMATIC WATER DISPENSER PUMP: This pump only needs to be turned on by pressing the button on top, and it includes a C type charging cord. Fits bottles up to 20 litres in capacity
- RECHARGEABLE BATTERY (1200 mah) AND C-TYPE CHARGER - It will require three to five hours to fully charge the built-in 1200 mah rechargeable battery. Used for 30 to 40 days, or when fully charged, it may fill four to six 20-liter water bottles.
- FOOD GRADE MATERIAL: 304 stainless steel, high density ABS plastic, food grade silicone hose, BPA free, and non-toxic. NOTE: Avoid using this product to pump hot water, alcohol, or other stimulating liquids like oil.
- Problems with batteries and charging are not covered under warranty. Coverage is limited to manufacturing flaws such as leaking.
