1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A good-quality 32 mm rotary hammer with an impact energy of 6 joules, a 0–4200 bpm impact rate, and a no-load speed of 0–850 RPM.
It has a powerful 1500-watt motor with variable speed and two handles for efficient operation and performance.
The drilling capacities are 32 mm for concrete, 42 mm for wood, and 13 mm for steel.
The hammer has four different modes and a variable speed.
The optimum drilling diameter is 6 mm to 26 mm in concrete, and the maximum drilling diameter is 32 mm in concrete.
Ideal for home and business, it is perfect for drilling holes, chiseling work, removing tiles, etc.
The standard accessories include five drill bits, one set of spare carbon brushes, a depth gauge, grease, a dust cover, a wrench, a side handle, and a carry case.
