1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Solstar CF400-SGLBSS 400L Chest Freezer- Silver
This chest freezer, Solstar CF400-SGLBSS 400L, comes in silver and features a 400-liter capacity. It is equipped with a static cooling system, manual defrosting, and uses R134a coolant. The cabinet has a 63mm foam thickness and the door has a 70mm foam thickness. The main fuse requires a minimum of 1.6A and the cable length from the back grill is 185cm. The compressor cooling system is accompanied by a flat, top opening door in white or grey. The door frame is also available in white or grey and is made of 1pc ABS material. This standard product has aluminum inner walls and a hinged lid. The handle has an integrated lock and there is one basket included. It has a defrost drain and a mechanical adjustable thermostat. Optional LED lighting and power and compressor lights are available. The compressor also has a fan and the freezer stands on 2 wheels and 2 adjustable feet.
