1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The ABS cabinet frame and optional hardened glass sliding inner door add durability and functionality. The Standard product classification, aluminum interior walls, and mechanical thermostat make it an eco-friendly option. The exterior is a sleek white/grey color, with the option for a white/grey door frame. The freezer comes with one basket, a defrost drain, and adjustable feet. Its plug options include BS and VDE, with a voltage frequency of 220~240V/50Hz. The external condenser and optional compressor fan ensure optimal performance.
