1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Food mixers work in high performance. The agitator is designed to do planetary motion inside the bowl where the food can be fully blent. The machines are complete with 3 types of the agitator and have 3 grades of speed for different mixing purposes like flour mixing, stuff mixing, egg heating and etc. All parts in contact with food are made of Stainless steel.
Selection of Agitator and Speed
Dough arm: Suitable for heavy bread dough or other high viscosity food materials. The suggested amount of water is 45%-50% of the flour.
Set the machine at LOW SPEED.
Beater: Suitable for thin batters, cakes, mashing potatoes, and crushed, powdered, pasty food like stuffing.
Set the machine at MIDDLE SPEED
Wire whip: Suitable for mixing liquid food, whipping cream, and beating eggs.
Set the machine at HIGH SPEED
Multi-functional for butter, egg cream, cake, flour mixing, and so on.
With 3 speeds for choosing (slow, middle, fast).
