1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

Red Temperature control: you can set the temperature between 100˚C and 250˚C for baking, broiling, or toasting
Timer control: To use this, turn to the right toast or use it as a timer. Once the timer is up, a bell ring comes off.
Function control: There are four options, namely upper heater with rotisserie, lower heater, upper and lower heater with rotisserie, and OFF.
Neon lamp: Choose the desired function and its corresponding light will turn on.
Convection fan: Once your desired temperature and function have been set, the convection fan will start operating.
Stove mode selector: There are options to select: hotplate & Rotisserie.
Baking tray: To be used in broiling and roasting. Also can be used to catch the drippings when rotisserie is in use. Tray handle – used to pick up the wire rack and baking tray if they are hot.
