1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This product lets you make 4 complete sealed sandwiches in a single round. It is excellent product which comes with a cool-touch handle for safety, so that you don’t burn your hands. The plates of the toaster are Teflon coated which heats up quickly and makes your toasts faster and it also becomes much easy to clean it. The Sandwich Toaster has two indicators one for Power On and other for sandwich Ready indication. It also has an inbuilt safety fuse and thermostatic control system which makes it all more efficient.
