1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- This 40L mini oven comes with two electrical hot plates and 0+3 heating elements for precision temperature control. It also has a limit thermostat, two layer white glass wool insulation and a full enamel oven cavity. Design features include a deep decorative oven tray and chrome coated wire grid, a round oven tray and double glass oven door with white color knobs and handle. Additionally, it comes with a real A Class energy power plug and power cable.
