1. Delivery Policy
All orders are processed and delivered by our delivery team within 1 day within Kampala. If your location is out of Kampala, please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via telephone.
2. Returns (refunds and exchanges)
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please inform us via telephone or send us an email at sales@kwttechmart.ug and bring your item to our store.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Bring proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation page, order details page) and payment method used to make the original purchase.

In seconds you can create cool, smooth and great tasting drinks and smoothies containing all of the nutrients and vitamins of your favorite fruits and vegetables. Simply put fruits and vegetables and close the lid then press the button to blend your drink. Powerful 400W motor and specially designed stainless steel blades, creating pulse, pause and blending patterns.
The drink blender package includes two more jars, one for chopping and another for coffee grinding along with juice jar which can be used for a variety ofa applications. You can take a freshly prepared drink to work, to the gym or with you in the car or anywhere just within few seconds. Cleaning is a breeze, just rinse under the tap or place in your dishwasher and that's it, it's clean.
